You can now link Google to an account that was created with email and password.
Why link Google?
Connecting Google gives you another secure way to sign in and can make your account easier to protect:
- Use Google OAuth alongside your password
- Reduce reliance on a single sign-in method
- Sign in faster when you are already logged into Google
Where to connect
Open Account → Security and connect Google from the connected accounts section. You stay in control: you can manage linked providers from the same place.
